Which air conditioner brands do you install?

Haier, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Daikin are our core brands, with Mitsubishi Electric on request. We size the unit to the room, run the dedicated electrical circuit ourselves and register the warranty. We also install units you have already bought, and we service and clean ducted systems.

How much does a split system installation cost in Logan?

A standard back-to-back install of a 2.5 kW split system starts from $1,814.51 supplied and installed, with the electrical circuit done in-house. Daikin packages start from $2,140.40. Longer pipe runs, second-storey work and older switchboards add cost, and every job gets a fixed written quote before we start.

Do you service and deep clean air conditioners in Springwood and Daisy Hill?

Yes. We service and clean any brand of split system across Springwood, Daisy Hill, Rochedale South, Underwood and the rest of Logan, $341 for one unit. The service is a full hygienic clean that strips mould from the barrel fan and coil and keeps efficiency and warranty intact. Ducted systems are serviced and cleaned for $599.50.

Can you upgrade my switchboard and add safety switches?

Yes. Switchboard upgrades start from $1,850 and include RCD safety switches on every circuit, labelling and testing to current QLD standards. It is the usual first step before adding a split system, an EV charger or a pool pump in older Marsden, Crestmead and Kingston homes.

Do you install EV chargers in Brisbane and Logan?

Yes. Home EV chargers are installed with a switchboard assessment, dedicated circuit, load management and Energex compliance. We also do three-phase and commercial chargers for workplaces in Underwood, Slacks Creek and Berrinba industrial estates.

What are the QLD smoke alarm rules for 2027?

From 1 January 2027 every Queensland home must have interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms in each bedroom, hallway and on each level. Rentals and homes being sold had to comply earlier. We supply, install and certify compliant systems across Logan and Brisbane.

Do you do commercial and industrial electrical work?
