Do you charge a travel fee for Coomera or Helensvale?
No. Our quoted prices are the same across the northern Gold Coast as in Logan. We group Gold Coast jobs into runs so the travel time is absorbed in scheduling rather than your invoice, and for emergencies we tell you the expected arrival time before you commit.
Can you add split systems to the bedrooms of my new Pimpama home?
Yes, this is the most common job we do in Pimpama. Each 2.5 kW bedroom unit starts from $1,814.51 supplied and installed, or we can install a multi head system, quoted after a site visit, if your block only has room for one outdoor unit. We confirm the switchboard has capacity for the extra circuits before we quote.
Do you install EV chargers in Ormeau Hills and Upper Coomera?
We do. A single phase 7.4 kW install where you supply the charger starts from $1,650 for the wiring and a Tesla Wall Connector single phase install with the charger from $1,950. Larger Ormeau Hills homes on three phase can take a 22 kW charger, which we quote after checking the board.
Can you replace the ducted system in my 1990s Helensvale home with split systems?
Yes. We do not install or repair ducted systems, but we service and clean them for $599.50 and, when one is worn out, we replace it with two to four split systems zoned by living area to keep the cost down. We assess the layout and switchboard on a free site visit and give you a fixed price, with the ARC and electrical compliance paperwork included.
Do you work with property managers on the northern Gold Coast?

Electrician Ormeau
Ormeau is the established northern end of the corridor, with 1990s and 2000s homes around Norfolk Village and newer streets pushing toward the motorway. Electrician Ormeau Hills
