Electrician Jimboomba

Jimboomba is the service town for southern Logan, with a highway shopping strip, older homes near the town centre and acreage lots spreading out from it. Our Jimboomba work is a mix of township switchboard and aircon jobs, shed and pump wiring on the acreage, and compliance work for the shops and trade premises along the Mount Lindesay Highway.

Electrician Logan Village

Logan Village is a historic river village that has added new estates on its Waterford Tamborine Road side. The older village homes and acreage need switchboard upgrades and shed power, while the new estate streets bring add-on circuits, EV chargers and split systems in bedrooms.

Electrician Yarrabilba

Yarrabilba is the Lendlease master planned community that welcomed its first residents in 2012, passed 10,000 people by 2022 and is planned to grow to around 50,000. Homes are new and compact, so the work is extra power points, garage circuits, EV charging, bedroom air conditioning and data cabling, along with warranty period fault finding when a builder’s fit out lets go.

Electrician Cedar Grove

Cedar Grove is acreage living beside the Logan River and has recorded some of the strongest land value growth in Logan. Properties here need underground mains to sheds and studios, pump circuits, three phase for workshops and larger switchboards to carry a growing acreage load.

Electrician Cedar Vale

Cedar Vale is hilly acreage south of Jimboomba with larger lots and long driveways. We plan cable runs for gate motors and driveway lighting, wire sheds and pump houses, and install multi head or multiple split system air conditioning in homes with big open plan living areas.

Electrician Munruben

Munruben is one and two acre rural residential lots between Park Ridge and Jimboomba, mostly 1980s and 1990s brick homes. Typical jobs are switchboard upgrades, shed sub-boards, pool and pump circuits and replacing the split systems that were installed when the homes were built, or servicing the original ducted systems.

Electrician North Maclean

North Maclean straddles the Mount Lindesay Highway with acreage on both sides and a growing commercial strip. We handle three phase supply to workshops, shed wiring and underground runs on the acreage, and RCD testing and fit outs for the highway businesses.

South Maclean runs down to the Logan River with a mix of older acreage and newer subdivisions. The older lots need shed power, pumps and switchboard upgrades; the newer homes need the standard add-ons of extra circuits, splits and EV charging.

New Beith is acreage country on the edge of the Flagstone growth area, with lifestyle blocks and sheds rather than suburban streets. We do underground mains, sub-boards, pump and irrigation circuits and outdoor lighting, and we size switchboards for the load of a large acreage home.

Stockleigh is rural land along the Logan River with farms and lifestyle properties. Farm sheds, pump circuits, three phase machinery supply and weather beaten switchboards make up most of what we do there.

Kagaru is a small rural locality on the interstate rail line at the far southern edge of Logan. With only a handful of properties, our work there is farm electrical: shed power, pumps, mains upgrades and bringing older installations up to a standard that will pass inspection.

Park Ridge South is changing from rural land to low density residential as subdivisions roll south from Park Ridge. Older acreage homes need switchboard upgrades and shed power, while the new lots need everything from the temporary builder’s supply onward.
