Do you charge extra to come to Jacobs Well or Steiglitz?

My Eagleby rental has no safety switch on the power points. Is that legal?
Queensland requires a safety switch on the power circuits of every rental property, and since 1 January 2022 every rental must also have interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms. Yes. We run underground mains to sheds, install sub-boards, add three phase for welders and compressors and wire pumps and gate motors. We start by checking the capacity of your existing supply and switchboard, because a large shed sometimes needs a mains upgrade before the shed circuit can be added.
