Inala was built by the Queensland Housing Commission from 1950, Ellen Grove was subdivided around 1959 and Durack followed in the 1970s, so a large share of the homes on this side of the motorway are 50 to 70 years old. How far is Forest Lake from your depot?

About 20 minutes along the Logan Motorway in normal traffic, and Pallara and Heathwood are closer to 15. We have crews on this side of the motorway most weekdays, so scheduled work is booked quickly and daytime emergencies are often faster than the drive time suggests.

My Inala rental has a fuse board. What do I need to do as a landlord?

Queensland rentals need a safety switch on the power circuits and, since 1 January 2022, interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms.
